2. About Chugo Pearls Sports Academy

Chugo Pearls Sports Academy is a youth empowerment organization registered in Kenya. We use sports, mentorship, and educational support to serve vulnerable youth across Nairobi, providing a safe haven and holistic development opportunities.

All donations made through our Site are processed securely through our payment partner, M-Pesa. By making a donation, you agree to M-Pesa's terms and conditions.

4.2 Tax Deductibility

Donations to Chugo Pearls Sports Academy may be tax-deductible in accordance with Kenyan tax laws. We will provide receipts for all donations. Please consult your tax advisor for specific advice regarding tax deductions.

4.3 Use of Donations

Donations are used to support our programs, including youth mentorship, sports activities, education support, and operational costs. While we strive to honor donor preferences, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to fulfill our mission.

4.4 Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Charges made in error by the donor (within 7 days of transaction)

5. Program Participation

5.1 Registration

Registration for our programs requires accurate and complete information. Parents or guardians must provide consent for participants under 18 years of age.

5.2 Code of Conduct

All participants, volunteers, and staff must adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes respect, safety, and positive behavior. Violations may result in removal from programs.

5.3 Health and Safety

We take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. However, sports and physical activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines.

5.4 Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos during our activities for promotional and documentation purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Chugo Pearls Sports Academy or our licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
